What's for dinner auntie?

I got a call from my nephew Jessie tonight asking "What's for dinner auntie?" So I said, "I don't know, come over and I'll figure something out."

Not really a recipe for Beef Stroganoff
Slice beef into thin bite sized pieces. Lightly coat with flour. Fry in hot skillet with a little bit of oil. Remove beef and add sliced mushrooms and onions to skillet. Saute with butter and salt for 5 to 7 minutes. Add beef, sour cream, mustard and beef broth. Serve over steamed rice or noodles.
